🔹 At TheGrandLook, we ensure every product is quality-checked before dispatch. Refunds are applicable only for eligible returns that meet our return conditions.

🔹 Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

🔹 Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

🔹 Customized, altered, discounted, or flash sale products are not eligible for refunds, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

🔹 In case of a damaged, defective, or wrong product, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification.

🔹 Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

🔹 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer after collecting necessary details.

🔹 Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from TheGrandLook.

🔹 TheGrandLook reserves the right to reject refund requests if the returned product does not meet our policy conditions.
