We currently ship our products across India. International shipping may be available for selected locations and products and will be communicated separately at checkout or via customer support.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sale periods, festive seasons, or high-volume days, processing time may be slightly longer.


3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹4999

  • Orders below ₹4999 will incur a standard shipping fee of ₹200

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your textile products.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your shipment.


6. Address & Delivery Instructions

Please ensure that the shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.


7. Packaging

All textile products are carefully packed to prevent damage, dust, or moisture during transit.
We take special care with delicate fabrics, embroidery, and handcrafted items.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier delays, or government restrictions. We appreciate your patience in such cases.


9. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered with, or missing items:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share unboxing photos or videos for verification

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
